I am currently under contract to purchase developed raw land (full utilities, curb and gutter and street improvements) to build a 6000 square foot flex warehouse building and then to lease out. I am a developer in Bentonville and surrounding NW Arkansas. We have a need of flex warehouse space close to the new Walmart Home Office in Bentonville.
