We’ve been in the process of trying to get a loan through Thrive Mortgage . We were actually approved for everything up until the final underwriting. We were scheduled to close August 4. Because we don’t have experience doing short term rentals, the loan will likely fall through. We cannot do DScR because the property has 35 acres. This is a tremendous short term, rental opportunity.
