Additional Loan Information
I’m looking to buy and finish the rehab on a 3 bedroom two bath brick house that had a fire damage a few years ago.
A relative bought the house and remodeled roughly 80% of the house.
He had all plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall replaced. He also removed the old roof and raised the roof 4ft which he then replaced it with a metal roof.
The kitchen needs cabinets and appliances, and countertops, the house has two layer floor through out the house.
The subfloor and top floor would be roughly a inch thick.
The house is 1377sf and needs a new floor to be installed over the base floor foundation.
Exterior brick is in great shape, I would repaint the house and add some nice trimming to help it stand out.
Planning to build a wood deck at the back door that will lead to a metal carport and also add a small front porch with a concrete path to the mailbox. Just a few minor details left out.
