I need a loan product for my c-corp construction company, on the free and clear, single family home ($200k value), that requires no income or credit check. The home was purchased for cash in 2009 and has had no mortgage since then. Business was started in 1987 and I have design/built $bils of industrial (sole proprietary-state of the art) commercial and residential projects in the Tampa area using my Prof Engineering and class "A" general contractors licenses as qualifying agent since then but MWA has had no income in the last 2 years. Please let me know if you have a loan product that meets these requirements.
