The property is a little over 2 acres with 3 buildings on it. The first store location is 8900 sq. ft. with a lot of road footage, it is right off the road in visible sight. Has office and retail space in the bottom building and the top we have a warehouse with lots of space bottom level and upper. also has a back warehouse with uptop storage that i plan on turning into 2 apartments to rent. Used to have a lumber yard with the old store that use to be here for 40 years, plan on turning that area into hot/cold storage units. and also using it for the auction lots. My plan for the property is to have my retail store in the front and connect it up to the warehouse where we will hold a live auction 3x a week, also have a office area in the spot up top to where we can have a car lot. There is no one in this area that offers a buy here pay here car place and this area could really use one. With this property I am trying to bring something to the community here. We buy and sell truckloads and pallets of liquidation merchandise from different retailers, well take the items off the loads and sell for a fraction of the cost we get them for.. We usually bring in 25 - 50% of retail price and with us not having much in it we have made pretty good with it.. I started what I do as a side hobby and haven't had any funding up until now. I am trying now to purchase this property so I can turn it into what I think would be beneficial to everyone. I have so many ideas that would be great I just don't have the funding to make it all possible. On the auction nights we will have concession stand based food available to the customers like popcorn, hotdogs, hamburgers stuff like that. We have plenty of space in the back to where we can still sell whole pallets to the public. I have storage containers to put to where we can also sell full truckloads to other companies and people as well.
