The property is a little over 2 acres with 3 buildings on it. The first store location is 8900 sq. ft. with a lot of road footage, it is right off the road in visible sight. Has office and retail space in the bottom building and the top we have a warehouse with lots of space bottom level and upper. also has a back warehouse with uptop storage that i plan on turning into 2 apartments to rent. Used to have a lumber yard with the old store that use to be here for 40 years, plan on turning that area into hot/cold storage units. and also using it for the auction lots. My plan for the property is to have my retail store in the front and connect it up to the warehouse where we will hold a live auction 3x a week, also have a office area in the spot up top to where we can have a car lot. On the auction nights we will have concession stand based food available to the customers like popcorn, hotdogs, hamburgers stuff like that.
