My husband and I unfortunately are unable to get financed through a bank for a mortgage, so curious if anyone is willing to lend to a family of 4, with full time jobs and hard working people who want to own there own home. We currently rent in the home we are looking to purchase. Our landlord is willing to do a land contract with us.
