We are in need of securng our new home prior to selling the current one so that our 5 children aren't potentially left with no place to call home if we attempt to sell this home prior to closing the purchase of a new home.
I am more than happy to use the proceed from the sale of the current home to make a large lump sum payment toward the repayment of any amount borrowed.
