This is a triple wide mobile home that my wife and I lived in Fayetteville, NC. We were divorced this year and the court has given me the mobile home, the land and all improvements. I have an appraisal done for the divorce and it is for $100,000. The tax value is $100,000 and with all the improvements that I have made should appraise at between $140,000 and $160,000. This is a court ordered sale and I am required to pay my ex-wife $47,500. The tax value does not take into account the large custom built office building that I built on the property. This was a joint property that the court set a price of $47,500 as my wife's portion.

Funds needed would be the $47,500 plus money to add fencing and driveway and other minor items and closing costs. I would like to close at $65,000 but all that I require would be the money to close and pay wife. Have full appraisal for your inspection. Completely remodeled and in excellent shape.
