I am looking to buy 3 rental properties. 2 2-bedroom and 1 3-bedroom. I am only looking for around $75k for all 3 homes. The rental income would be around $2k monthly. I make approximately $90k a year but i just started rebuilding my credit. I was hurt approximately 5 years ago and my credit took a fall as a result. I own my own home and 8 acres free and clear but I would like to start a rental portfolio for the future. I am not looking to make money right now just pay them off as fast as possible and keep on building my portfolio with more properties. They are located around Batesville, MS.
