Actively looking at below value rehab properties in the $50K range in Southfield, Berkley, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Oak Park, etc. Invest up to another $50K to rehab. ARV should come in at around $130K or more. I am a licensed and insured builder in the state of Michigan. Previous investments/fix and flips done in Hawaii, Texas and Michigan. Not currently in contract yet. Seeking 100% financing but could invest $20-30K of my own, if needed. $130K-$150K annual personal income, $50K liquid. Estimated rehab timeline of 3 to 6 months from closing. I would be looking to do 3-4 transactions per year.
