I am searching very last minute for $1.5-2M in funds for a land deal on Tuesday 8/1/23.
I want to buy 134ac in zip 75110 for up tp $2M....we have $500k cash. Wholesale value is $10M+ and I have an end buyer lined up. Property can be used as collateral.
Don't know the exact purchase price, as I may have to bid at the Navarro Co. auction Tuesday 10am and then wire the funds same day to the County tax office.
The seller MAY agree to sell to us directly, in which case we would have more time to gather our $2M offer price to him.
I can send our personal Bal Sheet, etc.
