I've found a handful between $40,000 and $59,000 that could sell between $120,000 and $140,000 after the work is done. I'm estimating roughly $40,000 in renovations. I've flipped homes in the past with a relative who invested in real estate for a living. I'm also a licensed Realtor for 3+ years now.
