Looking to refinance the current loan I'm in and asap. 4 bedroom 2 bath on 2 acres in Bothell, WA. I'm looking to rehab it and either sell or potentially keep for passive income depending on what the ROI is and whichever is higher. I just need a 3 or 4 year term and looking to do this and close within 7 days or sooner. Full payoff on the property as of 7-21-2020 is $458,640.
