Owner occupied in TN. My wife and I need to do some repairs on the duplex we live in and want to sell it. Low credit score 584, need a short term loan as I know we have plenty of interest in the property which also has an adjacent lot. I don't have fix and flip experience, but I do a fair amount of work over the years for realtors that are there to help us if we need it to sell. I have no problems with a short term loan, once the work is completed I'll be pushing hard to get it sell it asap! I'd be more than glad to get it done in less than 6 months and have no wish to see anything drag on past 12 months.

Again I don't see there being an issue as we're in a really great neighborhood just across from Mansker Farm Subdivision in Hendersonville TN. The lot address is 110 Ridgecrest Dr. which is where I've pulled the comps from for the entire property and the duplex address would be 112 Ridgecrest Dr. Hendersonville TN. 37075 I'll be up front and let you know that we need to have floor joist replaced in one room on the one side of the Duplex. The assessment done recently is for $287,400 and we owe $151,212
