Just looked at a house they're asking $80,000 firm. Was a $230,000 house 3 years ago until someone let it go. Needs a new roof, new plumbing, new flooring and carpet. Everything else just needs a little face lift. Met with my realtor/property manager and discussed costs. He said the total cost of everything wouldn't be more that $45,000. My fiancée and I both have full time jobs. I work at national grid and she works at a doctors office. Our annual income is $90,000. We are also looking to refinance after 6 months.
