I am looking for a hard money loan to purchase a ranch house in Midvale, Idaho.
The ranch house is listed at $950,000
I don't have that laying around, but if I could get help in purchasing the ranch there is also 209 acres with it.
My plan was to get help with the purchase and subdivide about 100 acres down to 20 acre lots. Subdivide the house and shop to its own 20 acre lot and the remaining 100 acres I would like to plant Turf Grass on it.
If I can plant the remaining 100 acres of Turf Grass i can make over $3.5 million in the end of June and I can get another cutting of turf grass in the end of September.
Yes, I own my own Turf Grass company. But I need at least 100 acres to full fill 2 contracts with Landscaping companies in Boise and Nampa Idaho.
