I’ve been living in the house since April. The owner is deceased and the two daughters never opened an estate. I have an agreement with the one daughter for $5000 when the property gets deeded to me. The other sister will not sign a renunciation form until she has $10000 in hand. I already paid over $30000 in back taxes. Once the deed is in my name, I can get an fha loan to payoff this mortgage but I can’t get the deed in my name until I give the one sister $10000 and she signs the renunciation form for the other sister to open the estate & deed it to me.
