Carlos A. Mendez brings over 21 years of professional Real Estate and Financing experience. Currently we have a successful team of over 12 who specialize in any type of loans ranging from a $25,000 fix and flip loan to a 10M+ Commercial Loan. His experience as a real estate broker and loan officer since 1999 has allowed him to understand and overcome many obstacles ranging from title issues to closing deadlines. Due to his expertise of helping customers avoid foreclosure through short sales or loan modifications he's been able to establish a solid system in order to help those individuals who had their credit affected obtain another home or investment.
