ScottWay Capital is led by Morgan A. Scott. As the Broker of Record he oversees all commercial and residential services. He graduated from the University of California in San Diego with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Finance. Morgan began his pursuits in the real estate and lending industry in 2002. He started off his career as an Appraisal Assistant where he learned the fundamentals of property valuation. Since then he has worked as a Junior Underwriter, Wholesale Account Executive, Private Loan Originator, and a California Real Estate Broker. Over the years Morgan has become versed in property valuation, commercial and residential lending, real estate investment, private money and general real estate proceedings.
