Our rates start at 6.50% for a loan of 6 months; we're a bridge lender, so our loans are usually written for 12 to 18 months.
In addition to low rates, we can close in as fast as 3-5 business days for Borrowers with an immediate close of escrow or a need to refi or cash out quickly. Our familiarity with Bay Area real estate markets, flexibility, and streamlined process allow us to accommodate short deadlines.
