My name is Chris French and I am the owner of Tidewater Investment Finance, LLC. I received my Mechanical Engineering degree from Old Dominion in Norfolk. I recently retired from Military Sealift Command where I worked as a Principal Port Engineer. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Hampton Roads for 30 years, working mostly with friends and a few fellow investors. I have been involved in numerous fix and flip and fix and hold deals over the years. Tidewater Investment Finance is a small Private Lending/Hard Money firm. I work with local investors to evaluate each project.
